The Facilities Manager is accountable for directing the maintenance of the church buildings and grounds. They are responsible for managing the maintenance services including, but not limited to, cleaning services, lawn care, church repairs, and property repairs. They are responsible for maintenance budgeting, setting repair specifications, acquiring bids, and service plans. The Facilities Manager is to maintain files and records associated with areas of responsibility. They are responsible for their assigned rooms/facility and storage areas being maintained in an orderly manner.
