The Secretary shall keep an accurate and true account of proceedings of the Church Council, Voters' Assembly, and general congregational meetings. They will provide copies of such minutes to the officers and Pastor of the congregation. The Secretary shall also be responsible for recording attendance at the Voters' Assembly meetings.
The Secretary shall be responsible for ordering communion supplies when necessary, assignment of keys, and the coordination of church building and grounds usage requests to include non-church activities in conjunction with the Pastor and appropriate officers of the church. The Secretary shall be a responsible backup to the Treasurer and President if required to sign checks. They are also responsible for their assigned rooms/facility and storage areas being maintained in an orderly manner.
